Summary and Analysis
Oread of the title is a nymph dwelling in mountains and hills.
The brief poem develops an image of the sea, however it is not distinct whether the speaker addresses a literary sea of green water or the sea of green tree tops. The speaker asks the sea to cover her rocks with the pools of trees.
